We hear all the time about different trades falling short of the mark when it comes to total and complete professionalism. Well I must say this company gives me restored faith in businesses today. From the outset of first contact to the prompt timing on site to measure, quote and all through the process from start to finish, was an absolute pleasure to deal with a team who when asked about certain hurdles, nothing was a problem. The process flowed flawlessly in the most professional way than I have ever seen in a long long time.

I must take my hat off to not only Daniel my first point of call and joint owner, though through to Central Air as a business and their very professional team onsite. MEETING STRATA OBLIGATIONS!

Meeting my Strata obligations was one thing, but the Central Air technician also made sure I was aware that I could remotely operate the system (put it on a timer and that too).

Biggest thing though was that the filters were actually cleaned. Something that others didn’t actually do, now that I think about it.

TEMPERATURES EXCEEDING 40 DEGREES!

The service at Central Air is unquestionably the best I have experienced in years for any business I have dealt with.

My investment property had a A/C failure 10 days out from Xmas ‘23 and I was told they were booked out. Someone cancelled and they were on to it and attended within 24hrs when temps were topping 40 degrees for 2 weeks.

I needed a new system straight up and once I approved their very competitive price (I checked even though I was on my knees) they had it installed within 6 days. No extra premium for an impeccable service.

Service technicians also went above and beyond to diagnose and then replace. Full clean up after install was most impressive.

Remember this was my investment property not my home and Peta was fantastic, well worthy of the 2 bottles of wine I personally delivered…which I never do for anyone. My tenants were ecstatic and I was happy even after having spent good money on a new ducted system.

That’s says it all. Great job team. Highly recommended

My original Service Company advised me it would be about 5/6 weeks before they could have a look and because of the age probably won’t be able to get parts. I called Peta at Central Air Conditioning and she was able to get a technician out in 2 days and the replacement part sourced and fitted within 2 weeks.

CRAZY TIME OF YEAR!

Called Central Air Conditioning in the crazy period of just before Christmas. Peta squeezed me in to their already busy schedule.

Not only did Ennio identified the problem but also managed to do a temporary fix in place whilst waiting on new parts.

Dan sent me out a quote.  Again once parts arrived they came out days before Christmas and fitted the new parts and had us up and running 100% before Christmas.

GO WITH A COMPANY YOU CAN TRUST!

Having limited roof space was no issue for Dan who visited to quote and assured me a ducted system was achievable but difficult (2 other companies advised wall splits for each room which cost more than the ducted).

The install team were just awesome!! Nothing was a fuss, they cleaned up after themselves and were total professionals working around my young ones. From start to finish they went above and beyond to deliver what they promised which is why I’m writing this review.

Central Air Conditioning (CAC) supplied and installed the original ducted A/C in our complex of 10 townhouses.
